उत्तर प्रदेश में राजस्व लेखपाल की बड़ी भर्ती होने जा रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ( upsssc ) ने राजस्व लेखपाल के 8085 पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है इस भर्ती का नोटिफिकेशन आयोग ने जारी कर दिया है ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया सात जनवरी से शुरू हो रही है और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 28 जनवरी है। आयोग के चेयरमैन प्रवीर कुमार की मंजूरी के बाद सचिव आशुतोष मोहन अग्निहोत्री ने इस संबंध में बुधवार को आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
आवेदन की प्रक्रिया
लेखपाल पद पर भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर लिए जाएंगे। कोई भी ऑफलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं होंगे। भर्ती के लिए पीईटी में शामिल होने वाले पात्र होंगे। पीईटी में शामिल होने वाले वे अभ्यर्थी भी आवेदन कर सकेंगे, जिनके मामलों की जांच चल रही है। राजस्व लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए ट्रिपल सी की अनिवार्यता समाप्त कर दी गई है।
लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए शैक्षिक अर्हता
राजस्व लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए इंटरमीडिएट उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे। प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम दो वर्ष की सेवा या एनसीसी बी प्रमाण पत्र वालों को भर्ती में लाभ दिया जाएगा। भर्ती के लिए 18 से 40 वर्ष की आयु वाले पात्र होंगे।
चयन प्रक्रिया (लिखित परीक्षा)
विज्ञापित पदों पर चयन सीधी भर्ती रीति एवं प्रक्रिया नियमावली-2015, दिनांक- 11 मई, 2015 कार्मिक अनुभाग-2 उत्तर प्रदेश शासन की अधिसूचना संख्या-4/2017/1/1/2017-का-2, दिनांक- 31 अगस्त 2017 द्वारा प्रख्यापित उत्तर प्रदेश अवर स्तरीय पदों पर सीधी भर्ती (साक्षात्कार का बन्द किया जाना) नियमावली 2017 व उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के कार्मिक विभाग के शासनादेश संख्या-1103/47-का-3-2020-13/17/20: दिनांक 20-11-2020 के अनुसार लिखित परीक्षा के आधार पर की जाएगी।

लेखपाल भर्ती सम्बन्धी जरुरी दिशा निर्देश भर्ती आयोग की तरफ से जारी किया गया है कि राजस्व लेखपाल मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की शार्टलिस्टिंग पीईटी 2021 के स्कोर के आधार पर की जाएगी। जिन अभ्यर्थियों का स्कोर कार्ड आयोग स्तर से जांच के अधीन है व सशर्त श्रेणियों के अभ्यर्थियों के प्रकरण में अंतिम निर्णय नहीं लिया गया है, तब तक इन श्रेणियों के अभ्यर्थियों को आयोग की ओर होने वाली विभिन्न मुख्य परीक्षाओं में आवेदन की सशर्त अनुमति इस प्रतिबंध के साथ रहेगी कि ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों की मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए शार्टलिस्टिंग व चयन संबंधी कार्यवाही आयोग की ओर से की जा रही जांच परिणाम के अधीन होगी। भर्ती के लिए सिर्फ आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर आनलाइन आवेदन ही स्वीकार होंगे, अन्य किसी माध्यम से भेजे आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे। अभ्यर्थी पीईटी 2021 का रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर, जन्म तारीख, लिंग, उप्र का मूलनिवास व श्रेणी संबंधी विवरण भरकर लाग इन कर सकते हैं, ऐसा करने पर उन्हें रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी मिलेगा। इस प्रक्रिया में अभ्यर्थी को केवल अपना शैक्षिक विवरण ही भरना होगा। ध्यान रहे कि फोटो व हस्ताक्षर आदि में कोई बदलाव नहीं कर सकेंगे।
