बरेली कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए बाल विकास पुष्टाहार विभाग द्वारा आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों को बंद रखने के निर्देश जारी किये गये है लेकिन आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के लाभार्थी बच्चों और गर्भवती महिलाओं को कुपोषण मुक्त करने के लिए पुष्टाहार वितरण जारी रहेगा शासन के निर्देश पर आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियो द्वारा लाभार्थियों के घर-घर जाकर राशन वितरण किया जायेगा विभागीय अधिकारियों के अनुसार इस महीने के अंत तक राशन के लिए बजट विभाग को मिल जाएगा।
जिले में 2,857 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों पर 2,293 आंगनवाडी कार्यकत्री व् सहायिका नियुक्त है । इससे पूर्व भी कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में शासन की ओर से डोर टू डोर आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के बच्चों को राशन का वितरण कराया गया था। लेकिन इस बार विभाग ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के बच्चों के साथ ही पंजीकृत गर्भवतियों को भी राशन देने के निर्देश जारी किये है। बाल विकास एवं पुष्टाहार विभाग द्वारा छह माह से तीन साल तक के बच्चों को एक-एक किलोग्राम चावल, गेहूं, दलिया, चना व आधा लीटर रिफाइंड तेल दिया जाएगा।

कानपुर देहात जनपद के डेरापुर तहसील में बारिश व सर्दी में मासिक प्रगति आख्या रिपोर्ट जमा करने पहुंचीं आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियो व सुपरवाइजर को बाल पुष्टाहार कार्यालय में शनिवार को दिनभर ताला बंद रहने से काफी देर इंतजार करना पड़ा। काफी इन्तजार करने के बाद बाद में सभी वर्कर इस व्यवस्था पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए घर को चले गये
डेरापुर का बाल विकास परियोजना कार्यालय बीआरसी डेरापुर से संचालित किया जाता है। शनिवार को इस कार्यालय में दोपहर दो बजे तक ताला बंद होने के कारण रिपोर्ट जमा करने पहुंची छह से अधिक आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री व सुपरवाइजर को सर्दी व बारिश में परेशान होना पड़ा। बिना किसी सूचना के कार्यालय बंद करने पर सभी आंगनवाडी वर्करो में रोष था
मुर्रा गांव निवासी आंगनबाड़ी करूणा, डेरापुर की रेखा, सरगांव की कल्पना ने बताया कि एनपीआर की प्रगति आख्या रिपोर्ट कार्यालय में जमा करने आई थीं। आंगनवाडी वर्करो ने बताया कि सुबह से हो रही बारिश में किसी तरह से यहां पहुंचे थे लेकिन हमें क्या पता कि कार्यालय में ताला पड़ा हुआ है।बिना किसी पूर्व सुचना दिए कार्यालय बंद पडा है सुपरवाइजर वंदना सिंह ने कार्यालय बंद की सुचना सीडीपीओ समर बहादुर को दी। डेरापुर सुपरवाइजर वंदना सिंह ने बताया कार्यालय की चाबी बंगाली बाबू के पास रहती है और वह बारिश की वजह से नही आये जिसकी वजह से कार्यालय का ताला बंद है इस मामले को उच्च अधिकारियों को अवगत कराया गया है।

इटावा कोरोना के बढ़ते संक्रमण की वजह से शासन के निर्देश पर आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों को बंद कर दिया गया हैं। अब आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों के बंद होने की वजह से आंगनबाड़ी वर्करो की भूमिका भी बढ गयी है।
निदेशालय से जारी निर्देश के अनुसार नवजात, कुपोषित बच्चों, गर्भवती व धात्री महिलाओं और छह माह के बच्चों पर विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने की जरुरत हैं। इस बाबत जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी ने आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता को गृह भ्रमण के दौरान पांच कार्यों पर प्राथमिकता से ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए गये है
प्रभारी जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी प्रशांत कुमार सिंह ने उपरोक्त निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा कि आंगनबाड़ी द्वारा पौष्टिक आहार की महत्वता बताते हुए पुष्टाहार को प्रयोग करने के लिए कई आहार विधियां भी बता रही है। जिससे प्राप्त पुष्टाहार से पौष्टिक आहार तो मिलता ही है साथ में आहार विधियों के द्वारा उन्हें और स्वादिष्ट बनाया जा सके।
भ्रमण के दौरान इन पर दें
- विशेष ध्यान पुष्टाहार वितरण के साथ ही आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता-सहायिका सही से मास्क पहनने के तरीके बताएं, जिससे संक्रमण से बचाव हो सके।
- गर्भवती धात्री महिलाओं अथवा बच्चों में या परिवार के किसी अन्य सदस्य में कोरोना के लक्षण दिखने पर तुरंत विभाग को जानकारी दें।
- एक-दूसरे से दो गज की दूरी बनाये रखें।
- खांसते-छींकते समय रूमाल या टीश्यू पेपर का इस्तेमाल करें।
- यदि बच्चे ने छह माह पूर्ण कर लिया हो तो एक दो चम्मच से शुरुआत करते हुए आहार की मात्रा बढ़ाएं। साथ ही स्तनपान जारी रखें।
