उत्तरप्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने प्रदेश में आंगनवाडी भर्ती को लेकर स्पस्ट कर दिया है मुख्यमंत्री आदित्यनाथ ने आंगनवाडी भर्ती को जल्द शुरू करने के संकेत देते हुए कहा है कि आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्त्रियों और सहायिकाओं के 20,000 पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया छह माह में पूर्ण की जाएगी आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण तय होने के बाद अब प्रदेश में नए सिरे से आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती में हो रही देरी का सबसे बड़ा कारण

अवगत हो कि जनवरी 2021 में बाल विकास विभाग ने 50 हजार पदों को भरने के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया था जिसके लिए अलग अलग जिलो में भर्ती करने की प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ हो चुकी थी । अभ्यर्थियों से इसके लिए विभागीय पोर्टल से आवेदन लिया जा रहा था इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में आर्थिक पिछड़ों को आरक्षण नहीं दिया जा रहा था। चूँकि पोर्टल में ews का कोलम नही था इसीलिए अभ्यर्थी इस पर प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड नहीं कर पा रहे थे। इससे नाराज होकर कुछ आवेदक कौर्ट चले गये नियमो की अनदेखी का हवाला देते हुए कोर्ट ने इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में कोर्ट ने संशोधन करते हुए सरकार से भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण किये जाने की बात कही बहुत से जिलो में भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण हो चुकी थी हार्ड कॉपी के सत्यापन की कार्यवाही चल रही थी ऐसे में कोर्ट द्वारा भर्ती के हस्तक्षेप से भर्ती प्रक्रिया अधर में लटक गयी जिसके कारण कई जिलों के डीएम ने हाथ खड़े कर दिए थे।

पिछले साल उत्तरप्रदेश शासन के आदेश पर जनवरी 2021 में भर्ती नोटिफिकेशन भी जारी किया गया था लेकिन आरक्षण स्थिति स्पस्ट न होने के कारण आवेदन करने वाली महिलाएं साक्षात्कार की तिथि घोषित होने का इंतजार कर रही थीं आखिर आरक्षण तय न होने के कारण शासन के निर्देश पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया स्थगित कर दी गई है।

सूत्रों के अनुसार उत्तरप्रदेश में आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती का जल्द नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया जा सकता है आंगनवाड़ी से जुड़ी सभी खबरो को सबसे पहले पढ़ने के लिए सब्सक्राइब के बटन को ओके कर ले या आप हमारी आंगनवाड़ी एप को डाऊनलोड कर सकते है

आंगनवाडी पद आवेदन से पूर्व ध्यान दे

आंगनवाड़ी के पद के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले सुनिश्चित करे कि जिस क्षेत्र के लिए आपको आवेदन करना है वो क्षेत्र किस श्रेणी के लिए आरक्षित है क्योंकि वहां की जातिगत जनसंख्या के अनुसार आंगनवाड़ी का पद सामान्य,ओबीसी या अनुसूचित जाति, जनजातीय के लिए भी आरक्षित हो सकता है सामान्य पद होने पर सभी जाति के आवेदक उस पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है अन्यथा पद आरक्षित होने पर सिर्फ उसी श्रेणी की महिलाएं आवेदन कर सकती है जिस जाति के लिए पद आरक्षित होगा आरक्षित पद होने की स्थिति में जाति प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक है जिसे आवेदन करते समय ऑनलाइन अपलोड करना होगा

आंगनवाडी पद के लिए कोई डिप्लोमा की आवश्यकता नही

आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती के लिए देश के किसी भी राज्य में कोई डिप्लोमा नही मांगा जाता है कुछ क्षेत्रो में आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती के लिए कोचिंग देने हेतु इंस्टीट्यूट चलाये जा रहे है जिसमे महिलाओ को आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती की तैयारी व डिप्लोमा का लालच देकर मोटी रकम वसूल की जाती है बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा किसी भी आवेदक से कोई डिप्लोमा नही मांगता है और न ही आज तक किसी भी राज्य में डिप्लोमा के आधार पर कोई आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती हुई है इसीलिए ऐसे फर्जी इंस्टीट्यूट के झांसे में न आये ये इंस्टीट्यूट अखबार व सोशल मीडिया पर प्रचार प्रसार करते है और जानकारी के अभाव में महिला इनके झांसे में आकर एक मोटी रकम दे देती है ये इंस्टीट्यूट आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती की तैयारी और डिप्लोमा का लालच देते है जबकि आंगनवाड़ी भर्ती में न ही कोई डिप्लोमा मांगा जाता है और न ही सरकार द्वारा इन इंस्टीट्यूट को कोई मान्यता प्रदान की जाती है

आंगनवाडी पद के लिए आवेदन हेतु अधिक जानकारी के लिए नोटिफिकेशन पढ़े

बाल विकास व पुष्टाहार विभाग द्वारा अब इन भर्तियों को दो चरणों में किया जाएगा। अवगत हो कि आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्रियों व सहायिकाओं की 2011 से भर्तियां नहीं हुई हैं जिसके कारण प्रदेश में आंगनवाडी के पदों पर रिक्त पदों की संख्या बढ़ गयी है दो वर्ष पूर्व 62 वर्ष पूर्ण कर चुकी आंगनवाडी वर्करो को रिटायर्ड कर दिया गया था जिसके कारण आंगनवाडी के रिक्त पदों की संख्या में बहुत बड़ा इजाफा हुआ प्रदेश में आंगनबाड़ी वर्करो के लगभग 55 हजार पद रिक्त हैं। मुख्यमंत्री के अनुसार पहले चरण में शुरुवात में आंगनवाडी के 20 हजार पदों पर भर्तियां की प्रक्रिया छह महीने के अंदर की जाएंगी और दुसरे चरण में बाकी बचे 35 हजार पदों को भरने की प्रक्रिया को एक वर्ष में पूर्ण किया जायेगा

  • अन्नप्राशन मनाना
  • मिशन शक्ति योजना
  • संभव योजना
  • फायलेरिया उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम
  • संचारी रोग नियंत्रण
  • वजन सप्ताह
  • सेम मेम के अंतर्गत बच्चो का सर्वे
  • स्तनपान माह
  • सीरो सर्वे
  • पोषण पखवाड़ा
  • इंद्रधनुष टीकाकरण
  • ऑनलाइन एम पी आर फीडिंग
  • बी एल ओ का कार्य

इसके अतिरिक समय समय पर केंद्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा नयी योजनाओ व अन्य सामाजिक कार्यो के लिए नये नये आदेश आते रहते है और इन कार्यो को पूर्ण करने की जिम्मेदारी आंगनवाडी वर्करो को दी जाती है
