अवैध वसूली मे लगी सीडीपीओ हुई निलंबित, शासन ने किया जारी आदेश
आंगनवाड़ी न्यूज़
केंद्र सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही बाल विकास योजना में लगातार भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ रहा है जिसमे जिला स्तर के अधिकारियों का हमेशा बोलबाला रहा है सरकार द्वारा इस विभाग को दी जा रही खादय सामग्री से लेकर अन्य संसाधनों में जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों की बंदरबांट से लाभार्थियों को हमेशा वंचित होना पड़ा है और अगर इसकी जांच शुरू हो जाये तो ये उच्च अधिकारी छोटे कर्मचारियों पर इसका ठीकरा फोड़कर बच निकलते है जो कर्मचारी इनके विरुद्ध आवाज उठाते है उनके खिलाफ जांच बिठाकर अपनी वाहवाही मीडिया में दर्शाते हैं
ललितपुर जनपद के तालबेहट क्षेत्र की सीडीपीओ प्रीति भिलवारे को बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा निलंबित कर दिया गया है शासन की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद सीडीपीओ के निलंबन के आदेश जारी कर दिए गए है सीडीपीओ पर आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो से अवैध वसूली के आरोप लगाए गए थे जिसे जांच के बाद सही पाया गया है स्थानीय यूनियन ने सीडीपीओ पर आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो से अवैध वसूली की शिकायत की थी आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो में ब्रिज कुमारी ,श्याम बाई और जागेश्वरी ने लिखित शिकायत दी थी कि सीडीपीओ स्थानीय सुपरवाइजर द्वारा पांच हजार की मांग कर रही है आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो ने बताया कि उनको मात्र 6 हजार रुपए मानदेय मिलता है अब इतने कम मानदेय में घर का गुजारा नही होता तो इतनी बड़ी रकम वो सीडीपीओ को कैसे दे सकती है

आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो ने बताया कि उनसे हर माह पैसे की मांग की जाती है पैसे न देने की स्थिति में आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की जांच की धमकी दी जाती है और उनकी सेवा की समाप्ति के लिए कहा जाता है फिर हजार से पांच हजार लिए जाते थे जिस कारण आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो का मानसिक शोषण किया जा रहा था
स्थानीय सुपरवाइजर का कहना है कि सीडीपीओ बड़े अधिकारी है वो हमसे आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो पर अवैध वसूली का दबाब बनाते है उनका कहना है कि उन्हें हर माह क्षेत्र के अनुसार पैसे की मांग की जाती है हम हर माह खुद से पैसे नही दे सकते तो उन्हें आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो से लेना पड़ता है सुपरवाइजर ने बताया कि हमे आंगनवाड़ी को सेवा समाप्त की धमकी देनी पड़ती थी और उसकी एवज में सीडीपीओ द्वारा पैसे की मांग की जाती थी आंगनवाड़ी से एक हजार से पांच हजार की वसूली के आदेश दिए गए थे जो करना हमारी मजबूरी बन गयी थी
