राज्य पोषण मिशन उत्तरप्रदेश द्वारा पोषण ट्रेकर में लाभार्थियों की फीडिंग की 16 जनवरी 2023 तक की स्थिति जिलेवार घोषित की गई है इसमे फतेहपुर सबसे ऊपर रहा है इस जिले में आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के लाभार्थियों का 93.72 प्रतिशत ब्यौरा दर्ज किया गया है साथ ही गोरखपुर मंडल में स्थिति काफी खराब है गोरखपुर की स्थिति भी निचले पायदान पर खिसक गई है जबकि मंडल के संतकबीरनगर 19.63 प्रतिशत लेकर पोषण ट्रेकर फीडिंग में सबसे ज्यादा फिसड्डी साबित हुआ है

आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो द्वारा पोषण ट्रेकर एप में लाभार्थियों की फीडिंग में उदासीनता की स्थिति उनके जिलो के आंकड़ों को देखकर समझी जा सकती है साथ ही पोषण ट्रेकर एप में एक बड़ा सहयोग आंगनवाड़ी सुपरवाइजर का भी होता है लेकिन अधिकतर देखा गया है सुपरवाइजर द्वारा पोषण ट्रेकर एप में आंगनवाड़ी वर्करो को फीडिंग में दिशा निर्देश की कमी रहती है
