आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में जुलाई से होगी प्री प्राइमरी की पढ़ाई

राज्य के पांच हजार स्कूलों के प्रांगण में चल रहे आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों में एक जुलाई से प्री प्राइमरी कक्षाएं शुरू हो जाएंगी। शिक्षा सचिव आर मीनाक्षीसुंदरम ने एससीईआरटी को जल्द से जल्द प्री प्राइमरी का स्लेबस तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। नौनिहाल छात्रों की पुस्तकों को आकर्षक, सरल और चित्रों पर आधारित बनाने को कहा गया है। जिससे बच्चो का दिमागी विकास निरंतर बढ़ता रहे
अवगत हो कि अभी तक वर्तमान में सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ाई की शुरूआत पहली कक्षा से होती है। इससे पूर्व की शिक्षा नर्सरी एल के जी प्राईवेट स्कूलों के प्ले स्कूलों में होती थी इन प्ले स्कूलों की फीस बहुत महंगी होती है और आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों में पढने वाले बच्चो को प्ले स्कूल की शिक्षा दी जाती थी लेकिन आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों की प्ले शिक्षा को मान्यता प्राप्त नही थी जिसके कारण अभिभावक आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों में अपने बच्चो को भेजने में कतराते थे लेकिन अब नयी शिक्षा नीति के तहत आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों को प्री प्राइमरी का दर्जा दिया गया है जिसके कारण सरकार आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों पर बच्चो के रजिस्ट्रेशन की संख्या को लेकर आश्वस्त है इससे अभिभावकों की जेब पर ज्यादा भार भी नहीं पढ़ेगा और समाज में सरकारी स्कूलों और आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों के प्रति रुझान बढेगा
आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों के नौनिहालों को पहली कक्षा से अक्षर, संख्या ज्ञान सीखना होता है। प्रीप्राइमरी में अक्षर-संख्या ज्ञान सीखने पर छात्र पहली कक्षा के स्लेबस को आसानी से समझ पाते हैं। विभिन्न स्तर पर हुए सर्वेक्षण में अक्सर सरकारी स्कूलों के छात्रों को उनकी कक्षा के मुकाबले कम शैक्षिक स्तर का पाया गया है आंगनवाडी केन्द्रों में तीन वर्ष से 6 वर्ष तक के बच्चो को शिक्षा दी जाती है और साथ ही इनके कुपोषण ,टीकाकरण ,नियमित स्वास्थ्य की जांच और समय समय पर पोष्टिक आहार भी दिया जाता है

नयी शिक्षा नीति में हुआ शिक्षा का वर्गीकरण
राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति में शिक्षा को चार विभिन्न श्रेणियों में विभाजित किया गया है। पहला चरण पांच साल, दूसरा और तीसरा चरण तीन तीन साल और माध्यमिक स्तर का चौथा चरण चार साल का होगा। पहले पांच साल के चरण में प्री-प्राइमरी के तीन साल और उसके बार कक्षा एक व दो को रखा गया है। सर्वप्रथम प्रीप्राइमरी कक्षाएं आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों से शुरू होंगी। शुरुवात में सरकारी प्राइमरी स्कूलों के परिसर में चल रहे पांच हजार आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों से इसकी शुरूआत की जा रही है। इसके लिए आंगनवाडी वर्करो को मास्टर ट्रेनर द्वारा बेच बनाकर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है इन मास्टर ट्रेनर में बीएलटी डी एल टी जेसे समूह बनाकर शिक्षा का स्तर उठाने के लिए उत्तराखंड सरकार निरंतर प्रयास कर रही है
