आंगनवाड़ी,आशा समेत शिक्षा मित्रों के चुनाव लडने पर लगी रोक

उत्तरप्रदेश मे होने वाले नगर निकाय चुनाव को देखते हुए राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने स्पष्ट चुनाव लड़ने वालों के निर्देश जारी किए है। इसमे संविदा कर्मियों के चुनाव लड़ने के सम्बंध मे दिशा निर्देश जारी किए है नगर निकाय चुनाव मे सिर्फ होमगार्ड को ही चुनाव लड़ने की अनुमति दी गयी है बाकी अधिकांश संविदा कर्मियों के चुनाव लड़ने पर रोक लगा दी है इन सविदा कर्मियों मे आंगनबाड़ी, आशा और शिक्षामित्र,किसान मित्र और रोजगार सेवक चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकते इन सभी श्रेणी के कर्मियों के चुनाव लड़ने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है।
राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने चुनाव के नए नियमों ने संविदा कर्मियों की श्रेणी के प्रत्याशियों को तगड़ा झटका दिया है। इन प्रत्याशियों कर्मियों के लिए के लिए जो नए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैंउसमे स्पष्ट कहा गया है कि होमगार्ड के चुनाव लड़ने में किसी भी तरह की रोक नहीं है। निकाय चुनाव मे होमगार्ड लड़ सकते हैं। इसके लिए उसे विभाग को पहले से जानकारी देनी होगी। नामांकन के वक्त शपथ-पत्र में पूरी स्थिति स्पष्ट करनी होगी। लेकिन आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकत्री, आशा, किसानमित्र, शिक्षामित्र, रोजगार सेवक आदि चुनाव मैदान में नहीं उतर सकते हैं।
आंगनवाड़ी ,आशा समेत कोई किसी का नहीं कर सकेगा प्रचार
चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी निर्देश मे इन सभी संविदा कर्मियों जैसे किसान मित्र, आंगनबाड़ी, आशा, शिक्षामित्रों के चुनाव लड़ने के साथ साथ किसी भी प्रत्याशी के समर्थन करने पर भी रोक लगा दी गयी है अब ये कर्मी किसी प्रत्याशी का प्रचार भी नहीं कर सकते हैं। इन सभी वर्करो को चुनावी ड्यूटी मे लगाया जाएगा इन संविदा कर्मियों की ग्रामीण इलाके में होने वाले निर्वाचन में सेवाएं ली जाएगी।
नगर निकाय चुनाव मे प्रत्याशी के लिए दिशा निर्देश
अगर प्रत्याशी एक साल से अधिक अवधि का नगर निगम, जलकल व केस्को का बकाएदार है तो वह चुनाव नहीं लड़ सकेगा।वास्तविक नाम के मुताबिक चिन्ह आवंटित होंगे निकाय चुनाव में सभी प्रत्याशियों को अलग-अलग प्रतीक का आवंटन होगा। चुनाव लड़ने वाले प्रत्याशियों की सूची तैयार होगी। इन सभी की सूची हिन्दी में बनाई जाएगी । फिर उनको वर्णानुक्रम व्यवस्था पर नामांकन के बाद चिन्ह आवंटित किया जाएगा। प्रत्याशियों का चिन्ह आवंटन उनके वास्तविक नाम पर होगा।
